When should you choose storage boxes?
Storage boxes are ideal for keeping documents, project folders or loose papers neatly organised when you don't want to keep them in a ring binder. Use them when you want to archive A4 documents, either temporarily or permanently, without damaging them. With their practical dimensions, plenty of papers fit inside, making them perfect for larger projects or annual administration.

Why choose this 8-piece set?
With this set of 8 pieces, you immediately get a complete organisation system for your office or home workspace. The different colours (dark blue, dark green, light blue, orange, pink, red, black and violet) help you categorise different projects or departments. For example, you can assign a different subject or year to each colour, which speeds up finding documents.

Practical features of these boxes
The elastic closure keeps your documents safely in place, even during transport or storage. With a lid thickness of 700 my, these boxes are sturdy enough for regular use. The spine label lets you see the contents at a glance when the box is on the shelf. Measuring 250 x 330 mm, they are suitable for standard A4 format.

Things to note when choosing
This set is supplied in a fixed colour combination - you cannot choose specific colours. If you need certain colours for your system, it is important to be aware of this. The boxes are perfect for use in office environments where colour coding is important for organisation.
