What is a presentation folder and when do you need one?
A presentation folder with sleeves protects your documents and ensures a professional presentation. You use this folder when you want to show documents neatly to customers, during meetings, or to store important papers. The sleeves offer plenty of space for extensive presentations or for organising different document categories.

The A4 format and practical use
The A4 format matches the standard Dutch document sizes and ensures that you can store letters, reports and brochures without folding them. The folder is suitable for both occasional and regular use.

The advantages of the Exacompta material
The cover is made of opaque polypropylene with a thickness of 300 micron, which ensures strength and durability. The sleeves have aslightly grained structure that works as anti-reflective. This means your documents remain easy to read even under artificial light or in meeting rooms with large windows, without distracting light reflections that could make the text disappear.

Practical tips for optimal use
Store the folder upright to prevent the cover from warping. The dark green colour is businesslike and does not show dirt easily. Always insert new documents from the front into the sleeves and make sure the edge of the paper does not stick out, to avoid tears. Thanks to the polypropylene construction, you can easily clean the folder with a damp cloth.
