When do you need a presentation folder?
A presentation folder is used to present documents neatly without punching them. This is ideal for important contracts, portfolios, presentations or other documents that you wish to show professionally to clients, colleagues or during meetings.

Why choose A4 format with a ring mechanism?
The A4 format suits all standard Dutch documents, and the ring mechanism makes it easy to add or remove sleeves. You can flexibly adapt the contents to different presentations without having to reorganise the entire folder. This makes the folder reusable for different projects.

Advantages of the polypropylene cover
The cover is made of polypropylene, a sturdy and waterproof material that protects your documents against moisture and damage. The slightly textured surface gives a professional appearance and prevents fingerprints from showing. The material is durable enough for heavy use.

Practical tip for use
The dimensions of 245 x 310 mm provide enough space for A4 documents with a little room to spare. Store the folder upright in a filing cabinet to prevent the ring mechanism from becoming deformed.
