This sturdy PVC binder keeps your documents safely organised for years. The replaceable spine label and reinforced edges make it perfect for heavy office use.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a sturdy filing system?
A PVC binder is ideal when you want to store documents for the long term and need to consult them regularly. This type of binder is perfect for contracts, invoices, correspondence or other important A4 papers you want to keep in an organised way. The 2-ring lever mechanism lets you quickly add or remove documents without having to empty the entire binder.
Why choose this PVC binder?
This binder offers room for a considerable number of documents and is suitable when you need more than a standard thin folder, but still want the binder to remain manageable in your filing system. The yellow colour helps you quickly recognise specific document categories.
Durability thanks to the PVC construction
The PVC material makes this binder withstand daily use and ensures the edges do not easily become damaged or frayed. The reinforced edges offer extra protection against wear, which is especially important if you take the binder off the shelf regularly. The replaceable spine label means you can relabel the binder without buying a new one.
Practical details for office use
The punched grip hole (handle) makes it easy to pull the binder out of a full filing cabinet. With external dimensions of 320 x 290 mm, this binder fits standard office cabinets and filing systems. You receive this product packed in sets of 10, which is practical for setting up a complete filing system or office.
