When do you need an alphabetical index?
Use an A-Z index to arrange documents, contracts, customer details or other paperwork alphabetically in a ring binder or lever arch file. This 26-part index from Exacompta helps you quickly find the right section without having to search through piles of paper.

Why choose this A4 format?
Measuring 225 x 297 mm, this index fits perfectly in standard A4 ring binders and lever arch files. The 26 tabs cover the entire alphabet, so you have a separate section for every letter. This offers more precision than indexes with fewer tabs, especially useful for large volumes of documents.

Durable plastic for long-term use
The index is made from recycled PP plastic, 0.12 mm thick, in grey. This material is sturdier than card and will last for years, even with intensive use. The printed tabs remain clearly legible, and the grey colour looks neutral in any office environment.

Compatibility and practical use
Thanks to the European punching (eurolochung), this index fits all standard ring binders and lever arch files used in the Netherlands. The tabs protrude above the paper, so you can see at a glance which letters are available. Place the index at the front of your file for the fastest access to your alphabetically arranged documents.
