This sturdy cardboard ring binder keeps your A4 documents neatly organised. With 2 rings and a compact 20 mm spine width, it fits perfectly in any filing cabinet.
When do you choose this product?
When should you choose a cardboard ring binder?
A cardboard ring binder is ideal for temporarily organising documents that you consult regularly but do not want to keep permanently. This EXACOMPTA ring binder is perfect for project files, course material or administration that you can discard after a certain period. The cardboard material makes it lighter than plastic alternatives, which is handy when transporting it.
Why choose a 20 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 20 mm, this ring binder offers enough space for a reasonable amount of paper without becoming bulky. This size ensures your binder stands stably on a shelf or desk, while still remaining easy to handle. The green colour helps you create a logical colour-coding system for different projects or subjects.
400 gram Manila card: sturdy yet eco-friendly
The 400 gram per square metre Manila card offers a good balance between sturdiness and weight. This material is strong enough to withstand daily use, yet remains a sustainable choice because cardboard is easily recyclable. The 15 mm ring diameter ensures a reliable closure for punched documents.
Practical tip for use
This ring binder fits standard A4 documents and measures 250 x 320 mm. Make sure your documents are punched with the standard Dutch 4-hole punch for an optimal fit. Store cardboard ring binders in a dry place to prevent warping from moisture, and optionally use labels on the spine for clear identification of the contents.
