What does this ring binder do and when do you need it?

A ring binder is the ideal solution when you want to keep documents organised and regularly add or remove pages. The EXACOMPTA ring binder with a 2-ring mechanism in DIN A5 format is ideal if you work with notebooks, notes or document sets that you want to archive in a compact format.

Why choose the A5 format?

The A5 format, measuring 210 x 230 mm, is noticeably smaller than a standard A4 ring binder, so it fits easily into a bag, backpack or drawer. This makes it particularly suitable for meetings, study or situations where you want to take your documents with you on the go without taking up much space.

Capacity and sturdiness in balance

The binder has a spine width of 40 mm and rings with a diameter of 30 mm, allowing you to hold up to 230 sheets. The cover is made of cardboard with a PP lamination, which ensures a sturdy exterior that withstands daily use. The inside is fitted with printed paper, which keeps the finish neat.

Practical tip on punching and filling

Because this ring binder has a 2-ring mechanism, you need to make sure your paper and accessories are also punched for a 2-ring system. Standard A5 ring binder paper with 2-hole punching fits directly. So when purchasing tabs or divider sheets, check that they are also suitable for 2-ring fastening in A5 format.
