When do you need a sturdy ring binder?
This EXACOMPTA ring binder is designed for organising documents that you consult regularly and want to be able to rearrange. Thanks to the O-ring mechanism, you can flexibly add, remove and reorder sheets without having to reorganise the entire folder. This makes it ideal for project files, manuals or administration that is constantly changing.

Why choose a 25 mm ring diameter?
With a ring diameter of 25 mm, this ring binder accommodates a substantial number of documents without the folder becoming too thick to handle comfortably. The 40 mm spine width ensures the ring binder stands upright and stable in your bookcase or archive, while the 255 x 320 mm size fits standard A4 documents perfectly.

Advantages of polypropylene material
Both the inside and outside of this ring binder are made of PP (polypropylene). This plastic material withstands daily use and protects your documents against moisture and dirt. Unlike cardboard ring binders, PP retains its shape even with intensive use, and the corners are less susceptible to damage.

Practical tip for use
The O-ring mechanism works most smoothly when you fully open the rings before adding or removing documents. Make sure punched documents are properly aligned with the rings to prevent tearing. Thanks to the black colour, any signs of use remain less visible than with lighter colours.
