What does this product do?
These EXACOMPTA ring binders are designed for organising and archiving A4 documents. The 4-ring construction ensures secure fastening of punched paper, while the 20 mm spine width provides space for approximately 70 sheets or presentation pockets. Use them to systematically store important documents, reports or presentations.

Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 256 x 320 mm, these ring binders fit standard A4 documents perfectly. The 20 mm spine width is ideal for small to medium-sized collections without the binder becoming too thick. This makes them suitable for project files, course materials or departmental administration where you regularly need to add or remove documents.

Advantage of the coloured range
The pack contains 20 pieces in nine different colours: anise green, white, light blue, black, orange, red, pink, green and purple. This variety of colours allows you to develop a logical colour-coding system for different projects, departments or subjects. The PP coating on the outside ensures durability, while the inside is printed paper.

Practical organisation tip
Assign each colour to a specific subject or project before you begin archiving. Note down this system and keep to it consistently. Thanks to the sturdy 4-ring mechanism, you can easily rearrange documents when your projects expand or your priorities change. The standard A4 size ensures you won't have any compatibility problems with punched documents.
