What does a quick binder do, and when do you need one?
A quick binder is ideal for temporarily organising documents that you need to consult or add to regularly. Unlike an ordinary folder, you can quickly add or remove papers thanks to the practical clip mechanism. You mainly use this for project files, meeting documents or documents that do not yet need to be archived permanently.

Why choose this A4 format?
This quick binder measures 240 x 320 mm, making it perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The format offers enough space to store your papers neatly without them creasing or being damaged. The orange colour makes it easy to visually distinguish specific projects or subjects in your filing system.

Durable board that resists moisture
The Colorspan board of 355 g/m² used provides strength and durability. The protective coating makes the quick binder water-resistant, meaning your documents stay protected against moisture and small splashes. This is particularly useful with intensive use or when you take the quick binder to different workplaces.

Practical tip for optimal use
When filling the quick binder, be careful not to try to clip too much paper at once, as this can damage the clip mechanism. Store the quick binder upright in a document box or drawer so that the contents do not shift and the mechanism continues to work properly. The sturdy quality of the board also keeps its shape with regular use.
