When do you choose folders with quick-release clips?
Quick-release folders are indispensable when you want to archive documents quickly and clearly without a ring binder or ordner. You use them for loose papers that you want to keep together temporarily or permanently, such as project documents, correspondence or administration that you consult regularly.

Why this cardboard variant?
These EXACOMPTA folders are made of 320 g/m² recycled cardboard, which provides sufficient sturdiness for daily use. The cardboard is more durable than paper variants and retains its shape even with intensive use.

Advantage of the perforation and grooves
The folders are already fitted with perforation, so you can store them directly in a ring binder as part of a larger archiving system. The grooves in the cardboard ensure the folder folds neatly and maintains a professional appearance, even after repeatedly opening and closing it.

Practical considerations for this size
With dimensions of 100 x 318 mm, these folders are suitable for standard A4 documents. With 100 pieces in the pack, you have enough stock for a complete archiving system.
