Sorting documents alphabetically becomes a piece of cake with this sorting folder. The 20 compartments from A to Z give you instant overview, and thanks to the stretchable spine and closing band, everything stays neatly in place.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need an alphabetical sorting folder?
This 20-compartment sorting folder is ideal when you want to arrange documents alphabetically and find them quickly. Perfect for keeping track of correspondence, invoices per customer, supplier details or staff records. The A-Z layout lets you file everything logically without having to devise a system yourself.
Why exactly 20 compartments?
With 20 compartments, each letter of the alphabet gets its own space, with some letters such as Q, X and Z combined. This offers sufficient detail for most office administrations without the folder becoming unwieldy. You keep control without compartments standing empty unnecessarily.
Expandable back keeps everything neatly together
The expandable pleated back adapts to the amount of documents you store in it. This means the folder always keeps a neat shape, even when some compartments fill up faster than others. The closing cord prevents papers from falling out during transport or storage.
Suitable for standard A4 documents
The dimensions of 340 x 385 mm make this folder suitable for standard A4 sheets and slightly oversized documents. The exterior has a sturdy PVC/PU coating that protects against moisture and wear. The grey recycled cardboard of 250 g/m² on the inside offers enough firmness for daily use without unnecessary bulk.
