When do you need an accordion file?
An accordion file is the ideal solution when you want to keep lots of loose documents organised without punching holes in them. With multiple compartments, you can arrange projects, course material or paperwork clearly by subject, month or category. This type of folder is especially useful for professionals who are often on the move and want to take their papers with them in a structured way.

Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format fits standard office paper and documents perfectly. With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this folder offers plenty of room for A4 sheets without them creasing or becoming damaged. The compartment layout gives you more sorting options, allowing you to organise in more detail.

Sturdy construction for intensive use
This accordion file is made from 425 g/m² Manila board, ensuring durability with regular use. The coloured inner compartments in 225 g/m² board make it easy to find the right section quickly. The elastic closure keeps your documents safely in place, even during transport.

Practical details for everyday use
The expandable spine adjusts to the amount of contents, so the folder doesn't become unnecessarily thick when there is little paper. The index windows let you add labels or tabs to identify compartments even faster. The red exterior makes the folder easy to spot among other office supplies on your desk or in your bag.
