When do you use a magazine box file?
A magazine box file is used to keep loose documents, magazines or reports neatly stored in your cupboard or on your desk. This type of storage is ideal when you regularly need access to documents that you do not want to punch for a ring binder.

Why choose a 100 mm width?
This box file has a width of 100 mm, allowing you to store a considerable amount of paper without the box becoming too heavy. The width is perfect for archiving monthly reports, magazines or project documentation that you want to keep in an organised way.

Durable card with PVC coating
The card has a thickness of 2 mm and is fitted with a PVC coating. This coating ensures the box file can withstand daily use and protects your documents against moisture and dust. The material is sturdy enough to last for years, even with intensive office use.

Practical details for use
The box file is delivered flat, so you need to assemble it yourself before you can use it. The finger hole on the side makes it easy to pull the box file out of the cupboard. You can write on the spine label to clearly mark the contents, which is especially handy when you use several box files side by side.
