When do you use separator tabs in your filing system?
Separator tabs are indispensable tools for organising documents in binders and suspension files. You use them to visually separate different categories, subjects or time periods. This makes finding specific documents much faster and prevents you from having to search through thick files.

Why choose this trapezium format?
The trapezium format of 240×105 mm is specially designed to stick out above documents, so the separator tabs remain clearly visible. The green colour helps you create a colour-coding system in your filing system. Thanks to their compact dimensions, these tabs fit perfectly in standard A4 binders without taking up unnecessary space.

Durable quality with recycled paper
These separator tabs are made from recycled paper weighing 180 g/m², which provides enough sturdiness to withstand regular use. The recycled material contributes to a sustainable office setup without compromising on functionality. The tabs retain their shape even under heavy use in busy filing systems.

Practical compatibility with filing systems
The 2-hole punch makes these tabs compatible with most standard binders and suspension file systems. You get 100 pieces per pack, which is enough to set up several binders or update existing filing systems. Optionally, combine them with other colours from the same range to set up a complete colour-coding system.
