When do you need a collection box?
A collection box is used for temporarily storing and transporting loose documents before you file them in a ring binder. This Exacompta Cartobox is ideal when you regularly need to gather project files or documents that cannot yet be archived permanently.

Why this spine width of 40 mm?
With a spine width of 40 mm, this collection box offers enough space for a considerable number of A4 documents without becoming too thick. This thickness ensures the box stands firmly on your shelf and is still compact enough to take along to meetings or other workplaces.

Sturdy Manila card construction
The 0.7 mm Manila card offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility. This material is more durable than ordinary cardboard and keeps its shape well, even with regular use. The three flaps with elastic cord ensure your documents stay securely enclosed and cannot fall out during transport.

Practical storage and use
The collection box is delivered flat, which saves space in your stock. The writable spine label can easily be filled in with the contents or project name, so you always know what is inside. The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm are perfectly suited to A4 format, allowing you to store your documents without folding or creasing them.
