When do you need a concertina folder with compartments?
A concertina folder with 7 compartments is used to keep various documents separate and organised. You choose this type of folder when you regularly sort smaller documents and want them easily accessible without using a thick binder.

Why choose this compact size?
With dimensions of 260×140 mm, this concertina folder fits perfectly in your handbag, briefcase or desk drawer. The size is ideal for storing smaller documents such as receipts, business cards, notes or documents up to A5 format. The compact size makes it suitable for on-the-go use or in places where space is limited.

Transparent material with coloured compartments
The folder has a transparent exterior of crystal-clear polypropylene, so you can see at a glance what is inside. The compartments inside are coloured, which makes sorting documents easier. The polypropylene material is sturdy and protects your documents against moisture and wear.

Practical capacity and closure
This concertina folder can hold up to 200 sheets of paper, spread across the 7 compartments. The press-stud closure ensures your documents stay securely in place, even when you transport the folder. Be sure not to overfill the compartments, so that the press stud can close properly and the folder keeps its shape.
