When do you need a sorting folder?
A sorting folder is useful when you want to keep various documents organised and easily accessible. It is ideal for project files, administration by subject, or when you regularly need to switch between different document categories without constantly opening and closing folders.

Why choose a coloured index and compartments?
With the coloured index and compartments, you can divide your documents into clear categories. The colour coding ensures you find the right section at a glance, which is especially handy for frequently used files.

Benefits of the PP cover with elastic closure
The PP (polypropylene) cover is sturdy and waterproof, so your documents are well protected. The corner elastic keeps the folder securely closed, even when you carry it or store it away. The index window in the cover lets you display a contents overview or label.

Practical dimensions for A4 format
At 240 x 320 mm, this folder is perfectly suited to A4 documents. The extra space around the A4 format ensures your papers don't crease and slide easily in and out of the compartments. You can store the folder without trouble in standard office cabinets and archive boxes.
