With this desktop binder you sort all your A4 documents in one go. The 12 coloured compartments with replaceable table of contents give you instant overview, while the corner elastics and flexible spine keep everything neatly in place.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a 12-compartment desk folder?
A desk folder with 12 compartments is ideal when you want to store many different documents in an organised way without punching holes in them. You use this type of folder for project documentation, contracts, invoices or other paperwork that you need to consult regularly but want to keep intact.
Why choose this 12-compartment system?
With 12 separate compartments, you can categorise and retrieve documents very specifically. The laminated tabs are numbered from 1 to 12 and come in different colours, so you can quickly locate the right compartment. This 240 x 320 mm format offers sufficient space for A4 documents.
Flexible storage capacity thanks to the expandable spine
The expandable spine adapts to the number of documents you store. This keeps the folder compact when it isn't full, while still allowing you to hold a large amount of content when needed. The cardboard cover with a glossy finish ensures sturdiness and a professional appearance.
Practical details for everyday use
The corner elastics keep your documents in place, even when you move the folder. The replaceable contents overview helps you keep track of what is in each compartment. Please note that this system is suitable for loose documents – for punched paperwork you will need a ring binder.
