When do you need a signature folder?
A signature folder is used to present important documents in an organised way for signing. This is essential for contracts, quotations, invoices or other documents that need to be approved by various people. With 12 compartments, you can presort documents by department, person or urgency.

Why choose this A4 format?
This folder is specially designed for standard A4 documents, the most widely used format in Dutch offices. The 12 compartments offer sufficient capacity for medium-sized to large organisations where documents regularly pass through multiple signatories.

Advantage of the expandable spine
The expandable spine is the great strength of this folder. As you add more documents, the spine automatically adjusts to the thickness. This prevents documents from getting jammed or damaged, even when some compartments are fuller than others. The plastic exterior protects the contents against moisture and wear.

Practical use with viewing windows
The viewing windows in the plastic cover allow you to see at a glance which compartments are filled and which are still empty. This saves time when checking progress and helps you quickly determine where action is still needed.
