When do you need an expanding file with an extendable spine?
An expanding file with an extendable spine is ideal when you want to sort documents that regularly grow in volume. Thanks to the expandable spine (extendable spine), the file automatically adjusts to the amount of content. This prevents your file from becoming overfilled and documents from being damaged.

Why choose 12 compartments?
With 12 compartments, you can organise documents finely, for example by month or by project phase. This number of compartments offers enough flexibility to create different categories without the organisation becoming too complex. This way you keep track of your administration without having to search endlessly.

What does the Balacron coating mean?
The Balacron coating is a special finish that makes the file extra durable and protects it against daily use. This protective layer ensures that the file stays looking good for longer, even with intensive use. The elastic rubber straps and corner straps keep your documents firmly in place, even during transport.

Practical benefits of the set of 5
By buying these files in a set of 5, you can set up a consistent filing system. The strap included with each file gives extra certainty that documents cannot fall out, which is handy when moving files. For example, you can use a separate file per quarter or per project and still follow the same system.
