When do you need watercolour pans?
Watercolour pans are ideal for creating paintings, illustrations and creative projects where you want smooth colour transitions and transparent effects. Choose this form of paint when you want to switch quickly between different colours and get started straight away without much preparation.

Why choose watercolour in pan form?
The pan form means the paint is always ready to use - you only need to add water. This format is more practical than tubes because you don't have to squeeze out paint every time and the colours stay neatly organised.

Advantage of the removable palette
The removable palette makes this system even more versatile. You can detach the palette to mix colours without contaminating the main set, or to reach all the corners more easily. This gives you more freedom while painting and makes cleaning up simpler.

Practical tip for optimal use
The included water brush pen is handy on the go or when you don't have a separate water pot to hand. Fill the tank with clean water and you can start right away. For the best colour results, alternate light and dark shades - the high pigmentation ensures both come into their own when mixed.
