When do you choose this product?
What does this fineliner do?
The Faber-Castell PITT artist pen is a professional fineliner specially developed for drawing and illustration. This pen contains pigmented drawing ink that is waterproof and permanent, so you can create technical drawings, sketches or artistic works that withstand moisture and time.
Why choose the 0.7 mm tip?
The 0.7 mm metal tip offers a medium line width that is ideal for detailed work where you still want sufficient coverage. This thickness gives you control over fine lines without sacrificing the visibility of your work. The metal tip ensures durability and keeps drawing precisely for a long time.
Benefits of the pigmented ink
The ink in this pen is lightfast and acid-free, which means your drawings won't fade or deteriorate over time. Thanks to its waterproof properties, you can also apply mixed media techniques without your lines bleeding. The ink is also odourless, which is pleasant during longer drawing sessions.
Practical features for everyday use
The warm grey colour (273) is a neutral shade that combines well with other colours and is perfect for shadows and accents. The cap has a handy clip so you can attach the pen to your sketchbook or pocket. Thanks to its permanent properties, this pen is suitable for documents you want to keep for the long term.

Dex knows - user tips
Shake the pen well before use so the ink is evenly distributed, and after first use, let it run over paper for a moment to achieve a smooth stroke. The ink is waterproof and permanent, so test it on an inconspicuous spot first if you are not sure whether the material is suitable.
