When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
The FABER-CASTELL PITT artist pen is a professional fineliner filled with pigmented drawing ink. You use these pens for technical drawing, illustration, calligraphy and art projects where you need permanent, precise lines. Thanks to the special ink composition, your drawings are resistant to light and water.
Why this set of 4 different widths?
This set contains four pens with different line widths: S (extra fine), F (fine), M (medium) and B (broad). This allows you to vary line thickness within a single drawing, from fine details to bolder accents. You don't need to buy multiple separate pens, as you have all the basic widths on hand for versatile applications.
Permanent and lightfast properties
The pigmented drawing ink is waterproof, permanent and lightfast, meaning your drawings won't fade or bleed. The ink is acid-free, so your work won't discolour over time. The ink is also odourless, which is pleasant during extended use indoors.
Practical details for use
Each pen has a cap with a clip, so you can easily attach them to your sketchbook or pocket and the nib stays protected. The pens are ideal for use on drawing paper, cardboard and other porous surfaces. Store the pens horizontally or with the nib facing down to maintain optimal ink flow.
