When should you choose a mechanical pencil with 0.7 mm leads?
A mechanical pencil with 0.7 mm leads is ideal for everyday writing, taking notes and technical drawing where you need a clear, well-visible line. The 0.7 mm thickness strikes a perfect balance between precision and sturdiness, so the leads are less likely to break than thinner variants.

Why this model with an ergonomic grip?
This Faber-Castell mechanical pencil has an ergonomic rubber grip zone that provides extra grip and writing comfort. Your hand doesn't slip during prolonged use, which is especially useful for lots of writing or during exams. The grip zone reduces fatigue in your fingers and wrist.

Practical benefit of the extra-long eraser
The extra-long eraser sets this mechanical pencil apart from standard models. You don't need to reach for a loose eraser as often to make corrections, which makes your workflow more efficient. The eraser is also built in, so you won't lose it the way loose erasers often get lost.

Handy detail: retractable tip
The retractable tip protects the point when you put the mechanical pencil in your bag or pencil case. This prevents damage to the tip and ensures your clothing or other items aren't damaged by the sharp point. You simply activate the tip by pressing the button.
