This is why Dex likes this article
These thick triangular pencils feel wonderful in the hand thanks to the Soft-Grip zone, ideal for little fingers. With the thick 5.3 mm lead and 6 cheerful colours, every drawing is a success.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need extra-thick colouring pencils?
These Jumbo GRIP colouring pencils have been specially developed for children who are still learning to draw and colour. With their 5.3 mm thick lead, they lay down colour easily on paper, even with less controlled movements. The triangular shape helps children develop a good pencil grip.
Why the triangular shape makes the difference
The triangular design is not just a design choice - this shape sits naturally between thumb, index finger and middle finger. This prevents the pencil from rolling away while colouring and reduces hand fatigue. For beginner colourists, this is the ideal shape for learning the correct pencil grip.
Soft-Grip Zone for extra comfort
The special Soft-Grip Zone provides extra grip and comfort while colouring. This zone prevents small fingers from slipping, which is especially important during longer colouring sessions. Combined with the 175 mm length, children have plenty of pencil to enjoy their colouring set for a long time.
Practical details for everyday use
The handy name field on each pencil helps prevent them from getting lost in the classroom or at home. The set of 6 pencils contains basic colours: cadmium yellow, dark chrome yellow, light geranium red, cobalt blue, grass green and burnt ochre. These colours cover most drawing needs and come packed in a practical cardboard box for storage.
