When do you need a 0.05 mm fineliner?
The Faber-Castell Pigmentliner ECCO PIGMENT has been specially developed for precision work where you need to draw extremely thin, crisp lines. With a line width of 0.05 mm, this fineliner is ideal for technical drawing, architectural sketches, detailed illustrations and fine hand lettering. It also offers the perfect solution for taking notes where you need to fit a lot of information into a small space.

Why choose this 0.05 mm variant?
The 0.05 mm line width is among the thinnest options available and gives you maximum control over detail. Thanks to the long metal tip, you can also draw alongside rulers and templates without damaging the nib. The ergonomic grip zone ensures you can work comfortably even during prolonged use, which is essential when creating detailed drawings.

Durable pigment ink for lasting results
This fineliner contains pigment ink that is both waterproof and lightfast. This means your drawings and notes won't fade in sunlight or be damaged by contact with water. The pigment ink produces deep black, consistent lines that retain their intensity for years, which is crucial for archiving drawings and documents.

Practical tip for optimal use
Always store the fineliner horizontally or with the nib pointing downwards to ensure optimal ink flow. The metal clip holds the pen securely to your clipboard or notebook. Be sure to always replace the cap properly after use to prevent drying out, which is especially important with this extra-fine nib.
