When do you need a brush tip felt pen?
The Faber-Castell PITT artist pen is developed for drawing, sketching and calligraphy where you want to create variable line widths. The brush tip lets you make both fine details and broad strokes, which is essential for artistic work, manga drawings or expressive lettering styles.

Why choose the brush tip variant?
This thick brush tip (B) gives you a stroke width of 1.0 to 5.0 mm, so you can achieve different effects with a single pen. By varying the pressure and angle, you create thin lines for details or broad strokes for fills and shadows. This makes the pen more versatile than variants with fixed tips.

Permanent properties for lasting results
The pigmented drawing ink is highly lightfast, so your drawings will not fade over time. Thanks to the waterproof and permanent formula, your work stays intact, even when in contact with moisture. The acid-free composition protects your paper from ageing and yellowing.

Practical for intensive use
The odourless nature makes extended working comfortable, especially in enclosed spaces. The cap has a handy clip for attaching the pen to your sketchbook or bag. Please note that the brush tip is sensitive to pressure – store the pen horizontally and avoid excessive pressure to keep the tip in good condition.
