When do you need professional coloured pencils?
This Faber-Castell Pitt Pastell coloured pencil is designed for artists and creatives working on fine and intricate projects. If you produce detailed drawings where precision matters, this coloured pencil offers the right properties for professional use.

Why choose this 3.8 mm lead thickness?
With a lead thickness of 3.8 mm, you get the perfect balance between precision and coverage. This thickness is ideal for detailed work, but also suitable for filling in larger areas. You can sharpen the pencil with either a scraper sharpener or a regular pencil sharpener, so you can always achieve your preferred point sharpness.

Lightfastness for long-lasting results
This coloured pencil has a high lightfastness, meaning your artwork will not fade quickly from exposure to light. The colour brilliance ensures vibrant colours that retain their intensity. Because the pencil is wax- and oil-free, you can combine it with other drawing techniques without unwanted reactions.

Practical tip for optimal use
At a length of 176 mm, this is a standard-sized pencil that sits comfortably in the hand. It is best stored in a pencil case or drawing folder to prevent the tip from being damaged. For the best results, you can use different sharpening methods: a scraper sharpener for very fine points or a pencil sharpener for quicker results.
