When do you need thick pencil leads?
These 2.0 mm leads are ideal for technical drawing, sketching and situations where you want to draw broad, clear lines. The thick diameter means less risk of breakage than thin leads and gives you more control when shading large areas.

Why choose a 2B grade?
The 2B grade offers the perfect balance between softness and control. You get deep black, rich lines that stand out well on paper, while you can still work with precision. This grade is softer than standard HB leads, so you need to apply less pressure.

Practical properties that make the difference
The leads have a smooth surface, so they glide smoothly through your pencil without sticking. A key advantage is that they are easy to erase, so you can correct mistakes effortlessly. Moreover, they are smudge-proof, meaning you can trace your drawings onto other materials.

Compatibility with your pencil
These leads are specifically suitable for Faber-Castell TK-Fallminenstifte models 4600, 9400 and 9500. At a length of 130 mm, they fit perfectly in these mechanical pencils. You receive 10 leads supplied in a handy storage box, so you always have spares on hand and can store the leads neatly without them breaking.
