These triangular colouring pencils with red, blue and yellow colours in one lead make drawing extra fun and creative. The ergonomic shape sits comfortably in the hand, and the thick 3.8 mm lead is perfect for children.
When do you choose this product?
When you want multiple colours in one drawing
The Faber-Castell Fantasy Colours rainbow pencil combines three colours in one pencil: red, blue and yellow. This makes it ideal for creative projects where you want to switch quickly between colours without constantly reaching for a different pencil. Perfect for colourful drawings, decorative accents or when children are experimenting with colour transitions.
Why the triangular shape makes the difference
The triangular shape prevents the pencil from rolling off your desk and feels more comfortable in the hand than round pencils. This shape also encourages a correct pencil grip, which is especially useful for children learning to draw and write. The stable grip gives you more control while drawing.
How the three-colour lead works
With a lead thickness of 3.8 mm, this pencil produces broad, colourful strokes. By rotating the pencil while drawing, you can switch between the three colours or create beautiful colour transitions. The thick lead is sturdy enough for intensive use and less vulnerable than thin pencil points.
Practical tip for optimal use
Rotate the pencil regularly while drawing to use all three colours evenly. This keeps the tip nicely shaped and prevents one colour from running out faster than the others. Store the pencil lying down to prevent the lead from breaking if it falls.
