When do you need a mechanical pencil with a 2.0 mm lead?
This mechanical pencil is ideal for drawing, writing and sketching where you want thick, bold lines. The 2.0 mm lead is much thicker than standard mechanical pencils and gives you more control when making technical drawings, architectural sketches or whenever you simply want a sturdy writing experience.

Why choose the hexagonal shape?
The hexagonal barrel with ergonomic grip grooves ensures that the pencil doesn't slip out of your fingers during use. This shape sits steadily in your hand and prevents fatigue during long periods of drawing or writing. It gives you more control than round mechanical pencils, especially when doing precision work.

What makes the collet special?
The sturdy collet provides a firm hold on the lead, so it doesn't break or shift while you work. You can sharpen the lead individually to your own preference, which means you can create different tip shapes depending on your drawing needs.

Practical tip for replacement leads
For this mechanical pencil, use TK-Minen 9071 replacement leads. These are specifically designed for the 2.0 mm diameter and ensure optimal performance. Make sure you always have spare leads on hand, especially if you use the pencil regularly for intensive drawing or writing.
