What does this bin freshener do?

The Febreze bin freshener is designed to neutralise unpleasant odours coming from your bin. Think of typical odour sources such as meat, dairy products, compost waste or nappies — precisely the categories that cause bad smells in a household bin.

When is this the right choice?

If you notice that your bin starts to smell quickly, even after you've emptied it, this product is a practical solution. It works continuously and requires no daily attention from you, which sets it apart from, for example, an air freshener that you have to press or spray yourself.

Up to 45 days of fresh action

One refill provides up to 45 days of lasting effect, which means you can use it for a month and a half before you need to replace anything. It's only fair to mention that the duration of effect may depend on the intensity of the odours in your specific situation — with heavy use, the effect may last for a shorter time than the maximum 45 days.

Practical tip: the starter set as an introduction

This starter set includes both the holder and one 4.88 ml refill, so you can get started straight away without any extra purchases. You attach the holder in or on your bin, and when the refill runs out, you only need a separate refill. When reordering, make sure to choose the refill in the "Zuivere Frisse" variant to be certain it is compatible with the holder included.
