When do you use an ergonomic footrest?
A footrest helps you maintain a healthy posture while working, both sitting and standing. You choose this product when your feet don't rest comfortably on the floor while sitting, or when you regularly alternate between sitting and standing at work. The Fellowes Hana Lite supports you in both working positions.

Why two height positions are practical
This footrest offers two fixed settings: 120-175 mm for sitting work and 178-218 mm for standing work. So you can use the same footrest with your sit-stand desk without having to readjust it every time. The hands-free adjustability means you can easily switch between the settings without using your hands.

Rocking motion for active support
The rocking mechanism provides subtle movement while you work, which promotes blood circulation in your legs. This dynamic feature prevents your feet and lower legs from becoming stiff during prolonged sitting. The anti-slip surface keeps your feet firmly in place, even during the rocking motion.

Compact size to fit under any desk
With dimensions of 450 x 360 x 175 mm, this footrest fits under virtually any desk without taking up much space. The white, matt finish is unobtrusive and suits modern office interiors well. Thanks to its compact design, you can also take the footrest along to meeting rooms or flexible workspaces.
