When do you need archive boxes?
Archive boxes are indispensable when you want to store and organise important documents, contracts or administration. You use them to keep paperwork neatly arranged, save space in your office and protect documents from dust and damage. These Fellowes R-Kive Prima boxes are specially designed for long-term archiving of A4 documents.

Why this A4 format is the right choice
These archive boxes are perfectly matched to the standard A4 format you use every day. With external dimensions of 206 x 327 x 265 mm and internal dimensions of 200 x 315 x 260 mm, they offer ample space for binders, loose documents and folders in A4 format. The pack of 10 is ideal when you want to archive a complete administration or organise several projects at once.

Durable and easy-to-use material
The boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard, contributing to a more sustainable office environment. The FastFold system lets you assemble the boxes in a matter of seconds, saving time when packing your archive. The lid keeps the contents securely closed during transport and storage.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
Clearly label each box with its contents and date before putting it away. The sturdy construction makes it possible to stack several boxes safely on top of one another. Thanks to the uniform dimensions, you can place them efficiently side by side in archive cabinets or on shelves, making the most of the available storage space.
