This FIMO water-based gloss varnish protects your creations and gives them a beautiful glossy finish. With a brush in the lid, you can get straight to work for a professional result.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need this gloss varnish?
FIMO gloss varnish gives your clay creations a shiny finish while protecting the surface. After baking your FIMO creations, apply this varnish to guard against scratches, wear and discolouration. This makes it ideal for jewellery, miniatures and decorative objects that are handled regularly.
Why choose the 10 ml glass bottle?
The 10 ml glass bottle contains just enough varnish for several small to medium-sized projects without the product drying out. Glass preserves the quality of the varnish better than plastic and prevents the formula from being affected. The compact size fits easily in your craft drawer and takes up little workspace.
Benefits of the water-based formula
This water-based gloss varnish dries relatively quickly and gives off less strong odours during use than solvent-based alternatives. You can easily clean your brushes with water, which makes the working process more practical. The water base ensures an even spread over the surface without you having to apply thick coats.
Practical application and storage
Apply the varnish with a soft brush in thin, even coats once your FIMO work has completely cooled down after baking. The blister card packaging keeps the product safe and prevents the glass bottle from breaking during transport. Store the varnish at room temperature and make sure the lid stays tightly closed to prevent it from drying out.
