When do you need a Cat.6A network cable?
A Cat.6A S/FTP network cable is used for professional network connections where you need speeds of up to 10 Gigabit per second. This cable is suitable for connecting computers, switches, routers and other network equipment over longer distances. With a length of 20 metres, this cable easily bridges the distance between different rooms or floors.

Why choose double shielding?
The S/FTP (Screened Foiled Twisted Pair) construction offers double protection against electromagnetic interference. This cable has both an overall shield and shielding per wire pair, which ensures stable connections in environments with a lot of electronic equipment. The copper conductors with 8 wires in 4 twisted pairs guarantee reliable data transmission.

Flexibility for professional use
The flexible cable sheath makes this network cable suitable for installations where the cable has to move or be routed around bends. With a diameter of 6.2 mm, the cable is sturdy enough for durable use, yet flexible enough for practical installations. The moulded RJ45 connectors with gold-plated pins ensure durable connections.

Practical installation tip
When installing, pay attention to the compact design of the connectors - they also fit in tight spaces such as patch panels or switches with limited free space. The black colour makes the cable inconspicuous in professional environments. After installation, always test the connection and make sure both devices support Cat.6A to achieve optimal performance.
