Iridescent pink glitter that makes your craft work shine, without any environmental worries. Thanks to the shaker lid you work neatly, and the biodegradable formula makes it extra responsible.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
Use this glitter to give your craft projects, cards and decorations an iridescent pink accent. The shaker tin with sprinkle lid lets you apply the glitter in controlled amounts and exactly where you want it, so you can work with glue or paint without spilling. This makes it suitable for both home use and for use in a classroom or nursery.
Why is it biodegradable?
This glitter is made from polylactic acid (PLA) instead of the usual plastic microparticles. Under the test conditions prescribed by the EU, the material biodegrades by approximately 75%, which meets the requirements for biodegradability. If you choose a more environmentally friendly alternative for craft activities, this product fits that choice without compromising on the visual glitter effect.
An honest explanation of biodegradability
It is important to know that this means approximately 75% degradation, not complete degradation. This means the material does break down considerably better than conventional glitter based on fossil-fuel plastics, but it does not vanish without a trace. For anyone looking for a responsible choice within the possibilities of today's bio-based materials, this percentage is a realistic and tested figure rather than an empty promise.
