When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This weaving set made of foil is designed to let children practise weaving techniques on paper. You receive weaving templates with a woodland animal motif, which you fill in with loose weaving strips so that a complete picture emerges. This is suitable for craft activities at home, at school or in after-school care, where you have all the necessary components in hand with a single set.
Why is this composition the right choice?
The set contains 225 pieces, including 24 weaving templates with 8 different woodland animal motifs, so there is enough variety to create several projects. In addition, it includes both 150 printed and 50 single-sided embellished weaving strips, which makes a varied final result possible. With a 195 mm weaving needle, everything you need is included in one package.
Notes on material and finish
The weaving templates have a paper weight of 150 g/m², which is sturdier than standard printer paper and therefore better able to withstand repeatedly threading weaving strips through. The templates are printed on one side with the woodland animal motif, while the weaving strips are supplied sorted in the size 297 x 10 mm. This size ensures that the strips fit exactly onto the templates.
Practical tip
Keep the loose weaving strips sorted by colour or motif in a separate tub, so that you can quickly
