What is crêpe paper and when do you use it?
Crêpe paper is a versatile craft material with a distinctive crinkled texture. You use it for decorative projects, school craft work, making flowers, garlands and other creative applications where you need flexible paper that folds and shapes well.

Why choose this format, 500 mm wide?
With a width of 500 mm and a length of 2.5 metres, you get enough material for medium to large projects. These dimensions are practical for making decorations where you need longer pieces without much joining, such as when creating large flowers or covering objects.

The key feature: waterproof and colourfast
This crêpe paper is waterproof and non-bleeding, which means it is water-resistant and does not release colour when in contact with moisture. This is a major advantage over ordinary crêpe paper, especially when you work with glue, paint or in a damp environment. You don't have to worry about colours fading or the paper falling apart.

Practical tip for the best result
Even with its waterproof properties, you can still stretch and shape this crêpe paper well. Always start with clean, dry hands to get the best grip. Store unused rolls in a dry place and don't roll them too tightly, to avoid creases that will remain visible in your finished result.
