What is crêpe paper and when do you use it?
Crêpe paper is a stretchy decorative paper with a crinkled texture that is perfect for craft projects, party decorations and school projects. You mainly use it when you want to make flowers, wrap gifts in a playful way, or create decorations for parties and events.

Why choose this 500 mm wide size?
With a width of 500 mm and a length of 2.5 metres per sheet, you get enough material for medium to large projects. This size is ideal for making large decorative flowers, covering tables, or creating backdrops for displays. The 10 sheets in the pack give you enough stock for several projects.

Important: this paper is not waterproof
The crêpe paper weighs 32 grams per square metre and is not waterproof (nicht nassfest). This means the paper can discolour or fall apart when it comes into contact with moisture. Take this into account with your projects and only use it in dry conditions, or protect it from moisture.

Practical tip for use and storage
Store the crêpe paper in its original plastic bag to prevent it from drying out and discolouring. When crafting, you can make use of the natural stretch of the material by gently pulling at the edges to create petals or other shapes. Thanks to its light pink colour, this paper combines well with other pastel colours for soft, romantic decorations.
