What are crystal sun catchers and when do you use them?
Crystal sun catchers are decorative glass objects that you hang in front of a window to create beautiful rainbow effects. When sunlight falls through the cut crystals, they split the light into colourful patterns that dance across your room. They are ideal for brightening up dull window areas or adding natural light play to your interior.

Why choose these three different sizes?
This set contains crystals in three increasing sizes: 20, 30 and 40 mm in diameter. The different sizes create a varied light play, with each crystal projecting its own unique rainbow pattern. The combination of sizes makes for a dynamic decoration that is more interesting than uniform crystals of the same size.

Advantage of cut glass
The cut glass is crucial for the light refraction that produces the rainbow effects. Thanks to the cut surface, sunlight is refracted optimally and the characteristic colour spectrum patterns appear. Plain smooth glass could not produce these spectacular light effects, so the cut surface is essential to the functionality.

Practical hanging options
The set comes with 16 metres of gold-coloured thread, enough to hang all three crystals and with extra length for different hanging heights. You can hang the crystals at different heights in the same window or use them across several windows. The gold thread is strong enough to safely support the glass crystals and blends nicely against the light.
