When do you choose this product?
What does this sewing play set do?
This mini sewing play set from folia has been specially developed to introduce children to sewing and needlecraft. With this complete set, you make a hand-sewn pendant in the shape of little stars. It is an ideal first introduction to sewing for young children who enjoy being creative.
Why choose this compact size?
The size of 100×90 mm keeps this project clear and achievable for beginner sewers. The size is large enough to achieve a nice result, but not so large that children lose track or spend too long on it. This prevents frustration and ensures the project can be successfully completed.
Complete kit, no extra purchases needed
The great advantage of this set is that everything you need is included. You get 6 pre-punched felt pieces that already have the right shape, 4 metres of embroidery thread, a plastic needle that is safe for children, 3 grams of filling wadding and 160 mm of satin ribbon to hang the pendant. The pre-punched holes make sewing extra easy.
Practical tip for use
The set includes a clear instruction leaflet that explains step by step how to sew the stars together. Thanks to the plastic needle, it is safe for children to work independently. Make sure you have a quiet workspace where all the parts can stay organised while making.
