When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These polystyrene foam eggs from Folia are intended as a basic shape for craft and decoration. You use them when you need an egg-shaped object that you can finish yourself, for example for seasonal decorations around Easter or for creative projects at the office, at school or at home. Because they are loose shapes, you decide for yourself how you process and present them.
Why is this size the right choice?
With a size of 60 x 40 mm, these eggs are suitable for handmade craft work where you want to keep precision and grip while painting or covering them. The set of 8 pieces makes it practical for group activities or projects where you want to work on several eggs at once, without having to order loose pieces separately.
Information about the material
The material is polystyrene, also known as styrofoam, in a light quality suitable for craft purposes. This variant is dimensionally stable, which means the eggs keep their shape while you work on them, while the weight remains low. The smooth surface ensures that paint and glue adhere well without unevenness affecting the end result.
Practical tip
Because the material is suitable for painting, covering and decorating, you can combine different techniques on the same egg, such as first applying a layer of paint and then attaching decorative elements. Bew
