With these colourful weaving strips, 200 pieces in total, you can be creative endlessly! Ten beautiful colours make for varied craft projects, perfect for school or home.
When do you choose this product?
What are weaving strips and when do you need them?
Weaving strips are narrow paper strips specially designed for craft projects in which you want to weave materials together. You use them to make baskets, placemats, decorative objects or as a base for various weaving techniques. These strips are ideal for creative projects at school, at home or in childcare centres.
Why this 15×500 mm size is practical
The size of 15×500 mm offers you the perfect balance between workability and versatility. The width of 15 mm is handy to work with without the strips becoming too fragile, while the length of 500 mm provides enough material for medium to larger projects. You can also trim the strips if your project requires shorter lengths.
Rich colour variety for creative projects
This pack contains 10 different intense colours: deep red, banana yellow, ultramarine, pacific, grass green, dark yellow, orange, eosin, chocolate brown and black. This varied colour mix lets you create colourful patterns and contrasts in your weaving. The paper weight of 130 g/m² provides sufficient firmness without the strips becoming too stiff to weave with.
Practical tip for use
With 200 pieces in the pack, you have enough material for several projects or for use in a classroom setting. Store unused strips dry and flat to prevent creasing. For the best result, lightly dampen the strips before use, which makes them more pliable while weaving.
