Create a beautiful Bascetta star with these special folding sheets! The double-sided printed paper in blue/silver gives a dazzling effect, and with the enclosed instructions it's guaranteed to work.
When do you choose this product?
What are Bascetta star folding sheets?
The Bascetta star folding sheets from folia are specially developed for folding a decorative three-dimensional star. This technique, also known as modular origami, combines several individual modules into one impressive paper sculpture. You don't need glue or scissors - just patience and precision.
Why this size and colour combination?
With the 200×200 mm format, you get a Bascetta star of approximately 20 centimetres in diameter, perfect for decorating a table or windowsill. The blue/silver colour combination creates an elegant, wintery look that suits a variety of occasions. The double-sided printed paper means both colours are visible in the finished result.
Paper weight and workability
The 75 g/m² paper offers the ideal balance between sturdiness and foldability. This weight is heavier than standard copier paper, so the folded modules hold their shape and the star remains stable. At the same time, the paper is still supple enough to make crisp folds without tearing while you shape it.
Practical tip for the folding process
The pack contains 32 sheets of paper. Follow the enclosed folding instructions step by step and make sure you have good lighting while folding. Start by practising on a single sheet before you begin on your final design.
