What are Bascetta-Ster folding sheets?
Bascetta-Ster folding sheets are specially developed paper for folding the popular Bascetta star, a decorative 3D star. This technique, also known as modular origami, makes a beautiful decoration for the festive season or a creative project.

Why this 200×200 mm size?
The 200×200 mm size is ideal for making a medium-sized Bascetta star that stands out without being too large for indoor decoration. With this size you get a star that fits perfectly on a windowsill, coffee table or as part of a Christmas decoration. The square format is essential for folding the modules.

The winter ornament design
These folding sheets have a special design: one side is coloured red and the other side is printed with a gold-coloured winter ornament. The paper weight of 90 grams per square metre ensures that the paper is sturdy enough to hold the folds well, but not so thick that it becomes difficult to fold precisely. The contrast between the red and the gold-coloured pattern gives your star extra depth and visual effect.

Practical tip for folding
The package contains 32 sheets. The enclosed folding guide takes you step by step through the process, which is especially useful if you are making a Bascetta star for the first time.
