When do you use this special folding paper?
This transparent folding paper has been specially developed for making Bascetta stars, a popular 3D folding technique from the world of origami. You need this paper when you want to make decorative stars that let light through and create a special effect against window or lamp light. The transparent nature gives a unique look that cannot be achieved with ordinary coloured paper.

Why this size and quantity?
The size of 200×200 mm is precisely tailored to the proportions needed for a well-balanced Bascetta star. The 32 sheets in the pack together make exactly the amount you need for several complete stars, allowing for any mistakes made while folding.

The benefits of 115 g/m² transparent paper
This paper has a paper weight of 115 g/m², which gives enough sturdiness to make sharp folds without the paper tearing. At the same time, it retains its transparent character, giving your creations a subtle translucence. The yellow transparent paper gives your finished stars a warm, sunny appearance.

Practical help with folding
With this folding paper, you receive a free craft guide (knutselinstructie) included. This guide shows you step by step how to fold the Bascetta star correctly. That way you can get started straight away, even if you have never worked with this folding technique before.
