When do you need magnetic document holders?
Magnetic frames are indispensable for presenting documents neatly on whiteboards, metal cabinets or other magnetic surfaces. They are mainly used for procedures, instructions or announcements that need to be replaced regularly without damaging the paper.

Why A4 format in this set?
The 316 x 229 mm size is perfectly matched to standard A4 documents. The magnetic frames leave enough space around your document for a neat presentation, while remaining compact enough to hang several documents side by side without looking cluttered.

Practical magnetic fixing
The 7 mm wide magnetic strips on all four sides of the back provide strong, stable attachment. Because the magnets run around the edges, the frame lies completely flat against the surface, without corners curling or coming loose when you swap documents.

Colour coding for clarity
With five different colours (red, yellow, green, blue and grey), you can visually distinguish between different categories of documents. This is useful for organising workspaces where, for example, safety regulations (red), general information (blue) and instructions (green) hang side by side. The matt hard film, 0.32 mm thick, is document-safe, so your documents stay legible for longer.
