When do you need biodegradable deep plates?
These biodegradable deep plates from GastroMax are ideal for catering businesses that consciously choose sustainable tableware solutions. Use them for serving soups, pastas, rice dishes and other hot meals where you need more depth than with ordinary flat plates.

Why this 195 mm diameter format?
With a diameter of 195 mm, these plates offer a practical portion size for main courses without taking up too much space on the table. The height of 50 mm ensures you can serve enough liquid without spilling, while the plate remains compact enough for efficient stacking and storage.

Organic material with practical benefits
These plates are made of PE-HD and sugarcane, which means you are choosing an eco-friendly alternative without compromising on functionality. The material is both dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe, so you stay flexible in the kitchen and when reheating dishes.

Practical tip for everyday use
The earl grey colour is neutral enough to suit different types of dishes and hides slight discolouration better than white plates. Thanks to their dishwasher resistance, you can clean these plates effortlessly in professional dishwashers, saving time in busy kitchens.
